Overview
As part of RepTrak’s visual identity refresh, the company needed a comprehensive brand kit to standardize design elements and ensure consistency across all internal and external communications. The goal was to create a resource that simplified brand application while strengthening visual cohesion across multiple platforms.

My Role
I developed the complete RepTrak brand kit and designed supporting assets for digital and print use. This included defining brand guidelines, upgrading visual elements, and creating ready-to-use templates for the marketing and internal teams.

Tools
• Adobe Illustrator (icons, color assets)
• Canva Pro (templates and layouts)
• Adobe Photoshop (image adjustments)

Scope of Work
• Created brand guidelines covering typography, color palettes, and usage best practices
• Developed do’s and don’ts for font pairing, color combinations, and brand application
• Designed branded assets, including:
◦ Microsoft Teams backgrounds
◦ LinkedIn banners
◦ Stationery templates (business cards, letterheads, email signatures)
• Organized all assets into a comprehensive brand kit deck for easy team access and reference
