Overview
RepTrak Compass is an advanced reputation management platform designed to deliver actionable insights and data-driven strategies. The launch required a strong visual identity and cohesive branding across all touch points to communicate the platform’s innovative capabilities and align with RepTrak’s core brand values.

My Role
I led the creative execution for the Compass branding initiative, collaborating closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure a consistent and impactful launch experience across multiple channels.

Tools
• Adobe Illustrator (logo and branding elements)
• Canva Pro (marketing assets, presentations)
• Adobe Photoshop (graphic adjustments and imagery)

Scope of Work
• Designed the official Compass logo and core visual identity elements
• Created graphics for the website, ensuring a cohesive digital presence
• Developed marketing collateral, including email templates and promotional assets
• Built presentation decks for internal and external audiences
• Designed video graphics for launch campaigns and product explainers

Process
1 Discovery – Met with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align on brand strategy, messaging, and design direction.
2 Concept Development – Created multiple design concepts for the logo and visual identity, iterating based on team feedback.
3 Asset Creation – Produced a full suite of graphics optimized for web, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
4 Launch Support – Delivered final assets in time for launch and provided guidelines for consistent application across all channels.
